2017 Newport Aquarium Report

November 11, 2017

Hello.
It's been awhile since I've added an update to the site. (I just hate it when "life" gets in the way of my having fun!)
Ok, anyway I have several updates this go round. The first is posted pictures from this year's Miniature Figure Collectors of America Show. You can view them by clicking on the appropriate picture found above.

Found next to it is a picture-link to a (slightly) off-target report I recently completed. It is on my visit to the Aquarium located in Newport, Kentucky. It is located just under 2 hours from Louisville, Kentucky and I dropped by on my way home from this year's Wonderfest Show.

As always, keep the glue and paint flowing, take care and God's Blessings!

Also, I've posted information on two upcoming modeling shows. One is Jersey Fest Fair, and the second is Penncon.
Both take place in September. You can view the particulars for each of the shows by going here.

Finally, I've resurrected my Classified Corner Page. You can view some of the models I'm currently selling by going here.

March 30, 2017

Hello.
March is almost done, and I just (barely) got my monthly website update in.
For this installment I'm sharing the first part of a build which I finally finished last year, (2016).
It is somewhat of a unique subject, (titled an Armored Crab), and it is a resin, "Garage Kit" gem.
I spent around 3 or 4 years, off and on working on it until I finally completed it. (Since then I've actually picked up a second one, and have quickly progressed to the painting phase with it).
I've broken down this model review into parts or "phases", and the first one can be viewed by either clicking on the picture found above, or clicking here
As always, keep the glue and paint flowing, take care and God's Blessings!

January 7, 2017

Hello Everyone.
Best Wishes to you and yours for a Very Happy, Healthy 2017!
I've been away for quite a while. (I think last year I only made two updates to the site - Naw, it was one).
Also I stopped posted these text updates probably several years back.
A number of years ago I transitioned over into the Teaching Field, and ever since them my free time - from August to June - has shrunk down to practically nothing...
...Ironically, same thing for my model building activity, although I'm in the process of bringing it back to life.
Anyway, I've decided to start writing these regular updates once again.
In addition, I'm going try hard, REALLY HARD to update this site at least once a month.
...And on that note, found below is a link to a mini-report I wrote on last year's MarauderCon Modeling Show.
Keep the glue and paint flowing, take care and God's Blessings!
